Sale of 250 bed portfolio completes
In March 2013, we completed the sale of 4 operational care homes in Bristol for Quercus Healthcare Fund. The homes aggregated 250 beds and were sold to Four Seasons Healthcare Group.
Balhousie sale and leaseback completes
In February 2013, we completed the sale of 3 new developments let to Balhousie Care Group in Scotland. The homes totalled 191 beds in Abroath, Dundee and Huntly.
