Vector was formed in September 2008 through an amalgamation of our long established businesses, ESL Properties Ltd, HAA Property Consultants and our asset management business, PPA Ltd. It was formed to enable the further evolution of the combined companies’ property investment activities and develop the breadth of services we currently offer. Vector is made up of a niche team of well qualified and experienced people from a variety of backgrounds in property, taxation and finance. Vector offers a high quality, dedicated service to a small number clients and, as well as looking to expand its own book of investment properties, Vector are willing to participate with its own capital on specific opportunities. We believe that we are unique in what we can offer to clients in this highly competitive marketplace. Healthcare investment has played a major part in the growth of Vector in recent years, primarily through our Investment Consultancy division and we are now one of the leading advisors to operators, investors and developers in this sector.
