We currently manage a landlord portfolio of some 150 commercial properties throughout the UK with a total rent roll for some £28m per annum. The majority of properties are owned by our Danish investors although we now manage for private individuals and are looking to expand our client base to both foreign and domestic clients.

We have extensive experience of being responsible for all Landlord and Tenant aspects, rent and service charge accounting, provision of the full range of services and the employment of managerial personnel.

We also provide a web-based information system to enable our Clients to have instant access to their property information including copies of all the documentation relating to their property eg leases, surveys, photographs etc.
