Equity Participation

We have our own portfolio of investment and development properties that are held over short, medium and long term periods. We will utilise our own capital in these opportunities as well as leveraging with senior and/or mezzanine debt where necessary. These opportunities are actively managed to maximize return.

Funds are available to participate in any projects that are either direct property investments or property-backed investments. By way of example, funds have been invested in numerous development projects, special purpose opportunistic purchases, a bridging loan company as well as in property-backed businesses such as a restaurant group. We also have shareholdings in provincial agency, valuation and auction businesses.

We also regularly provide short term mezzanine or bridging finance to our Danish clients to assist in the purchase process. Mezzanine finance is also provide on a longer term to third party borrowers.
