Previously ESL Properties Ltd, we have acquired over £500m of investment product in the UK and are currently advisors for over 120 Danish Limited Partnerships. The investment criteria for investors is strict – minimum of 20 year leases, guaranteed rental growth, significant covenant strength in the following sectors: retail high street, retail warehousing, leisure, hotels and healthcare.
We offer the entire acquisition service to our clients from sourcing the opportunity, obtaining a senior debt facility, instructing solicitors, building surveyors, valuers to undertake due diligence and packaging the completed investment for our clients.
We also handle the clients VAT elections and registrations, UK self assessment registrations and Non-Resident Landlord exemptions. We effectively take care of the investors needs up to the date of completion following which on-going management is handed over to our asset management division.
We have therefore built up strong relationships with high quality, professional advisors who we continue to work with throughout the life of each opportunity eg refinancing and asset management work.
