Since 2005, Vector have acquired over £250m of healthcare investments on behalf of private investors. In 2008, we successfully negotiated the sale and leaseback of some £60m of assets on behalf of Southern Cross Healthcare Group Plc, the largest elderly care operator in the UK and have since sold a further £20m on their behalf.
In 2009, Vector were appointed investment advisers to The Priory Group, UK's largest provider of mental health and education services. We are in the progress of disposing of a £50m programme of care home sale and leasebacks, all of which are currently sold or under offer. We have also good relationships with other care home operators such as Barchester and Avery amongst others together with some specialist care providers.
We manage over 50 homes at present and are able to offer a high level of knowledge to clients wishing to explore opportunities in this exciting sector of the market.
