This is a niche 3rd party consultancy arm of the Vector Property Group headed up by Richard Harris. It was launched in Spring 2008 and specialises in identifying “off-market” opportunities which match the clients requirements and can tap into the various other skills within the group to ensure a complete professional service.
We have an extensive knowledge of the marketplace and can also successfully “place” investments for disposal at limited cost to the client ensuring the efficiency of sale is maximised. We have a focus towards foreign investors and high net worth individuals, as a direct result of the work that the Group do on behalf of the retained Danish Investment Fund.
We have a detailed knowledge in the following sectors in which we have been successful in acquiring and disposing of since 1998: – healthcare, hotels, leisure, supermarkets, retail high street and retail warehousing.
