£40m sales for Priory now completed
In August 2010, we successfully completed the final tranche of sale and leasebacks of new build care homes for The Priory Group totalling over 500 beds in 7 homes. Locations included Bourne, Bradford, Stoke, Leeds, Prestwick, Wednesfield and Cockermouth.
Five of the investments were acquired by institutional investors and pricing achieved was close to asking (confidentiality exists with 4 of the completions).
Vector continue to work with Priory on sale and leasebacks and currently have a specialist school in Hampshire under offer with completion due in October. This will be the first school sold by Priory on this basis.
