Appointment to Landlord Committee on Southern Cross breakup

Vector has been appointed to the Landlord Committee to represent landlords of over 60 Southern Cross homes. They join representatives from NHP, Four Seasons, London & Regional and Grant Thornton which make up around 75% of all landlords within the Group.

Vector has successfully identified operators and agreed lease variations for all of the homes they represent on behalf of landlords. They have also provided advice/assistance to other smaller landlords in transferring their homes to new operators.

All of the homes are due to transfer to new operators including Four Seasons, Care UK and Countrywide Care Homes by 30th October 2011.
