Maria Mallaband development funding completed

In Q1 of 2011, Vector successfully identified a fund to acquire a site and finance the development of a 50 bed dementia unit and 12 assisted living apartments from Maria Mallaband in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. The price achieved for the care home was £5.8m and Maria Mallaband have agreed to take a 30 year lease of the home on completion.
