Vector sell 64 bed care home in Belfast

In March 2011 Vector sold a modern care home for £4.116M on behalf of NMC Developments. The home was operated by the Priory Group who were paying a rent of £303,232 per annum.

Vector successfully identified a purchaser and agreed terms for the sale. The Priory Group exercise a pre-emption right, as tenant, and completed the purchase.
