Vector to advise Options Group

Vector have been appointed by The Options Group, a company providing educational, recreational and domestic facilities to suffers of Autism and EBSD, to advise on their property portfolio in respect of a potential sale and leaseback of circa £25m to raise equity for the operating company.

Options Group have a number of significant facilities throughout the UK and are looking to expand their operations into new areas.

They are creating state of the art facilities for highly-dependent autism sufferers, and world leading developments combining education, recreation, care and residential facilities in a single site.
