Expanded services to Danish investors

Vector has recently joined forces with three partners, all highly qualified and experienced within their own particular fields, in order to evolve the existing services provided to K/S Partnerships in Denmark and create a unique, one-stop shop service for investors known as Vector DK.

Our partners are:
 
Red Hot Associates (www.ihiag.co.uk) – during the last four years, Red Hot has transacted over EU400m in Europe for Danish K/S’s and advised on the single largest hotel asset transaction in the K/S market. Managing Director, Audun Lekve is a retained consultant to many global hotel brands in Europe including Marriott, Hilton Group and Raffles International Hotels. They have offices in Denmark, UK, Spain and Germany.
 
De Morgan & Co  (www.demorganco.co.uk) – established in 1976, de Morgan provides a focussed and innovative approach to acquisition and disposal of property in the UK. They have orchestrated over £1.8bn worth of property transactions and joint ventures in the last two years.
 
Hinks Associates (www.hinksassociates.com) – established in 2000, Hinks Associates specialises in commercial property funding advice in UK and Europe. Tim, Hinks has over 30 years of experience in this sector, having previously worked with Woolwich Building Society for 20 years and therefore has an excellent depth of contact in the mortgage world. Hinks  has transacted over £1bn worth of commercial property funding in the past 5 years.
