5 former Woolworth properties let

On behalf of Danish K/S Partnership clients, Vector Property Group has just completed five former Woolworth store lettings and is close to completing three more stores to new tenants in Q2 2009. A 27,000 sq ft store in Bridgend has just been let to Poundland on a new 10 year lease. This followed the letting of a 17,500 sq ft store in Barrow to the same tenant earlier this year. Other recent lettings included 99p Stores in Aldershot, B&M in Rhyl and QD Stores in Boston.
 
The remaining stores in Stevenage, Selby and Grantham are all under offer. Vector are working closely with specialist retail agents, Douglas Stephens and Reid Rose Gregory, to achieve these lettings ahead of the substantial competition in the market today.
