The Priory Group instruct Vector

Vector has recently been instructed to advise on a programme of sale and leasebacks on behalf of The Priory Group, the largest independent operator of specialist mental health and education services in the UK.

The first sale is of a specialist school in Hampshire for £16.75m, reflecting 8%. This will be followed by a number of sales of new nursing homes developed by Priory totalling over £20m. The first sale is a high quality development in Bradford where we are seeking offers at £5.35m reflecting 7.35%.

All of the leases will be 30 year term with annual RPI uplifts subject to cap and collars.
