More Southern Cross Sales

On behalf of Southern Cross Healthcare Group Plc, Vector successfully completed the sale and leaseback of two of their remaining freeholds to private investors for the total consideration of £11.93 million. Westerfield Care Home in Paisley and Portishead Haven Lodge were sold for a combined total of £11.93m off a rent of £365,541 per annum and £580,000 per annum respectively.
