Robin Harris

Robin qualified as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1991, following a degree in Estate Management professional training at Richard Ellis (now CBRE).

 

For the next 4 years he worked in General Practice at Richard Ellis advising on portfolio valuations, valuations for stock market floatation and bank valuations. He was also advising, and disposing of properties, for administrative receivers and LPA receivers on a variety of portfolios and complex assets.

 

In 1995 he joined DTZ Investment Management, working on advisory and discretionary pension fund mandates including BP, Hermes, Universities Superannuation Scheme, Britannia Life, Christ’s Hospital and the UK's top performing pension fund, Imperial Tobacco. In 2005 he joined MFL advising wealthy overseas private clients in investing in UK commercial property. During that time he was involved in close to £1bn of asset sales and acquisitions throughout the UK in the retail, office, industrial and healthcare sectors.

 

He joined Vector in January 2010 is now advising institutions, property companies, corporates and private individuals on property development, acquisitions and disposals with a focus on the healthcare sector.
